Why Join Our Team?

Here at Critical Minutes Event Medicine, we value each and every one of our staff members; you will never be “just a number” to us. We treat each other like family, and pride ourselves in creating a work culture that is transparent, honest, and meaningful. We hope that all our volunteers and employees leave our organization feeling like they were heard, and with connections that may last a lifetime.

In addition to our efforts to create a positive and meaningful environment, we also strive to provide opportunities and mentorship to anyone interested in medicine. We understand the multitude of different paths there are when it comes to working in medicine, as well as the barriers associated with trying to gain clinical experience in pursuit of those paths. All of our directors have a strong interest in teaching and mentorship, which our volunteers and employees directly benefit from. For those interested in furthering their career and/or education, we have a great leadership team that works extraordinarily hard to provide guidance, mentorship, advice, and ongoing opportunities for you to develop both as a healthcare professional and as an individual.
